New Features

Task Reassignment Toggle | Task Management

With this release, we’ve introduced a new feature that enables task reassignment within a task queue. For organizations using the Task Management Module, a new toggle is now available on each task queue that can be enabled or disabled as needed. When enabled, members of the queue can reassign tasks to other members within the same queue, improving flexibility and workflow efficiency.

Feature Improvements

CNPS Verification Date Defaults | Admin

Previously, the CNPS verification tool defaulted the verification start and end dates to the current registration year. For applicants who registered partway through the year, administrators had to manually update the start date to reflect the actual registration date. Now, the tool automatically defaults the start date to the current date, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.

Complaint Outcome Categories | Complaints

The Alinity system supports user-defined complaint outcomes types, along with associated categories. Previously, when an outcome type was assigned a category, that category was not visible in the selection list while managing a complaint. This has now been added. When selecting an outcome on a complaint, the associated category is now displayed in the list, allowing administrators to more easily distinguish between outcome types.

Bug Fixes

Link Update – Pending Payments Widget | Admin

On the Pending Payments widget in the admin dashboard, there is a link to a knowledge base article with more information about pending payments. It was recently brought to our attention that this link was still pointing to our old helpdesk system, and it has now been updated.

Reason on admin reg change not mapped to new registration | Admin

Admins always have the option to configure and complete registration changes manually. However, it was identified that when a change requirement was included as part of the registration change mapping, the selected reason for that change was not carrying over to the new registration. This issue has now been resolved.

“Unlock” action on a review form re-directs back to search page | Admin

When an admin is viewing a “Review” form, there is an option to click “Unlock” at the bottom to make the form editable. Previously, clicking this button would redirect the user back to the general registration or person search page instead of keeping them on the form. This issue has now been resolved.

Consultation events with organizations | Consultations

Alinity provides the ability to track consultation events, including the organization hosting each event. Previously, when an organization was selected, it was only displayed on the event page and not on the main consultation page. This issue has now been resolved, and the selected organization is visible in both locations.
