The February 2026 release of Alinity was deployed to Test environments on February 10th and will be deployed to Production environments on February 19th. A summary of the changes included in this release appear below.

Email UI for Complaints Management | Complaints
With this release, we’ve improved visibility into all email activity related to a complaint. The Email tab within a complaint now displays both outbound emails sent from Alinity and inbound emails that have been forwarded into the system.
For outbound emails, you’ll be able to quickly view the email content, see who it was sent to, when it was sent, and when it was opened, along with a convenient option to resend the message if needed.
Character Limit display on text areas | Forms
With this release, we’ve improved the member experience when entering free text on forms with character limits. For any text field with a character limit on a member-facing form, a character counter can now appear in the bottom right corner to show how many characters have been used.
Bug Fixes
Review form button recommendation translation | Reviewer Forms
Previously, the recommendation buttons on the bottom of a reviewer form were not translating to French even if the French translations were in place in the settings. This has now been resolved.
Comment bubbles on sub-forms | Admin
Alinity allows administrators to add comments directly on forms during the review process, helping to reduce miscommunication and easily share feedback with applicants or registrants. In some sections of sub-forms, the commenting option was not appearing as expected. This issue has now been resolved, and comments are available as expected.
Code field missing on corp registration requirement types | Corporation registration
When configuring requirement types for corporation registrations, a Code field is required. Previously, this field was not available in the user interface, resulting in an error when attempting to save. This issue has now been resolved.
French translations on member dashboard review widget | Reviewer
The reviewer widget includes columns for registrant name, form type, date, and license type, all of which support French translation. Previously, the values displayed in the Form Type and License Type columns were not translating as expected. This issue has now been resolved.
Email archiving error | Admin
In some cases when attempting to archive a list of emails that contained some “not sent” emails, an error message would pop-up. This will no longer occur.
Corp registration changes requiring a non-zero fee | Admin
Previously if you configured a registration change for a corporation and added an invoice with a $0.00 fee attached to it, the system would give you an error message. this should not have been the case and we have now resolved this.
