The April 2024 release of Alinity was deployed to Test environments on April 9th and deployed to Production environments on April 18th. A summary of the changes included in this release appear below.

New Features
Complaint Timeline Filter | Complaints
Multi-year complaints can have very long event timelines, especially when tracking all communication that occurs. Administrators are now able to filter a complaint’s timeline to show only outstanding events.
Anti-Tracking Browser Extension Support | Member
If a member has certain antivirus software installed, they may have an “Anti-Track” feature they can turn on. We’ve added support for these extensions, which prevents a never ending cycle of 2-Factor-Authenticaion requests for these users.
Feature Improvements
Admin Review Required Widget | Admin Dashboard
The Other Forms section of the Admin Review Widget now shows the form’s name and current status.
Election Report | Elections
The Election report has been improved to accommodate election results which include multiple questions on the ballot.
Consultation Event Times | Consultations
The consultation event time entries can now be adjusted.
Person Autocomplete Action | Admin
Administrators can now differentiate between non-registrants with the same name when searching for users to associate with an invoice, complaint, consultation, group and many other locations.
Removed Delete Option From Investigated Member | Complaints
Previously, this action would result in an error, as a business rule exists to prevent the deletion of the investigated member. The UI has now been updated to reflect this.
Bug Fixes
Reset Password On Deactivated Account | Member
A deactivated account can no longer be reactivated by resetting their password.
Manually Adding Registrant To Ineligible Audit | Audit
A registrant can no longer be manually added to an audit which they are not eligible for.
Complaints Notes and Documents | Complaints
Notes and documents attached to a complaint will only display in the context of their associated complaint, and not across complaints against the same registrant.
