The March 2025 release of Alinity was deployed to Test environments on March 11th and deployed to Production environments on March 20th. A summary of the changes included in this release appear below.

New Features
Manual Emails Query | Admin
A new query called “manual emails” has been added to the Emails search page which allows you to search for any admin user that has sent an email manually.
Task Template User Interface | Task Management
We have added a new UI which allows administrators to create and update their own task templates. These templates can then be attached to various workflows such as complaints or applications. Previously you would have to contact support for a new task template, but now you can access it as an admin.
Organization History | Admin
We have added functionality so that you can cycle through history of an organization while on that organizations profile page. There is a history icon, and once clicked you can see arrows to cycle through the address history changes.
Feature Improvements
Birth date to prevent duplicate signups | Member Portal
We have a new optional feature to prevent duplicate user signups. There is now a configuration parameter which allows you to make birth date a mandatory field when a new user is signing up. If first name, last name and birth date match up to an existing account, the person will be redirected to the signup page.
Bug Fixes
User Permissions Accounts with no login | Admin
The ability to edit the permissions on user records with no login account has been removed. A login account must be created first before permissions can be assigned.
Application Review Comments on locked form | Admin
Previously, if a review form had been returned to the reviewer with feedback, the system would still allow the admin to leave comments even though the form is in the reviewers hands. This has now been corrected.
Application Review field comments | Admin
If comments were left on an application form within the fields available on the form, those comments were not appearing on the returned review form, only the general feedback comments were appearing. This has now been updated.
Un-refunded PAD Payments | Accounting
If I refunded a PAD payment and then needed to cancel that refund, the un-refunded PAD payment was not displaying correctly on the admin side. This has been updated to correctly display the cancelled refund.
Hide view button on hidden pdfs | Member Portal
On the member portal, there were instances where a “view” button was appearing on a document that was hidden from the member. The button wouldn’t do anything if clicked, but that button has now been removed.
Person Form Reinstatements | Admin Dashboard
On the admin dashboard, reinstatement forms that were built using ‘Person Forms’ were not showing on the Admin Review Required Widget. We made the update so that these forms now appear on the widget correctly.
Next release
The April 2025 release of Alinity is scheduled for deployment to production sites April 17th.
