The May 2021 release of Alinity was deployed to Test environments on May 13th and Production environments on May 20th. A summary of the changes included in this release appear below.

| Organizations can now be emailed the same as members. When an organization is selected for email all admin contacts for the organization will be emailed. If there are no admin contacts for a selected organization it will show up in the excluded list in preview. You can assign a missing admin contact directly from the preview step. | ||

| Elavon can now be configured to support allowing administrators to pay for invoices in the administration portal using the Elavon payment processor. | ||

| When performing a refund from a payment’s details if that payment was made through Elavon you will have the ability to process the refund through them at the same time you record it in Alinity. If a payment has not settled yet instead you will be able to record it as cancelled and void it through Elavon. Refunds can be configured through the Elavon portal to settle or pend automatically, if set to pend this will require an administrator to clear them through the Elavon portal. | ||

| When you create a invoice from the search pages for multiple members or organizations you can now select multiple catalog items using the same screen as if you were adding an invoice for a single member/organization. | ||

| The organization employees list now shows current employees by default. You can still navigate to previous years to see former employees. | ||

| All search pages are updated to show the member’s preferred login language if it is anything other than English. | ||

| People added without mailing addresses could not be edited unless you fill in an address. You can now edit the details of a person without filling in a mailing address. | ||
