There is a new dashboard widget available for administrators who have the Complaint Management or System Administrator grants. This widget presents a summary of open complaints, the user’s complaints and complaints with late or overdue events without needing to run queries through the complaint screen.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Custom Forms Self-Serve<\/td>\nNew Feature<\/td>\nGeneral<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Users of the member portal are now able to start to fill out a custom form themselves without requiring the administrator to first assign it to them. Administrators can still, however, also assign a custom form to a member or other user. For information on the configuration of custom forms please contact the help desk.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Custom Form Reviews<\/td>\nNew Feature<\/td>\nGeneral<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Custom forms can now be configured to support reviews by people who are not users of the Alinity system. For information on this configuration option please contact the help desk.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Register Counts Report<\/td>\nNew Feature<\/td>\nGeneral<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A new report to show the number of members currently in each register and subsection, is now available from the Registrations management page.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Disable License\/Permit Download by Register<\/td>\nFeature Update<\/td>\nRegistration<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
A register can now be updated to remove the feature to download a permit\/license on the member portal. This is useful in scenarios where a member may be active on a register but those registers do not get a license or permit with the organization, such as a transitional register.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Application Approval Blocked for Unpaid Invoice<\/td>\nFeature Update<\/td>\nApplications<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
If an administrator attempts to approve an application with an outstanding invoice the approval will now be blocked and the administrator will receive a message that there is an invoice which must be paid first.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
‘Review Required’ Profile Update query searches broader set<\/td>\nFeature Update<\/td>\nProfile Update<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Updated to return not just explicitly blocked forms, but also forms with a reviewer response, or with a follow-up date that’s due or overdue.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

When viewing your subscription details there was an issue where clicking the button to look at storage info would not show the information, this is resolved.<\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
